World Employment Confederation is the biggest association of labor market professionals in the world. It’s goal is to ensure that the labor market is open, all-inclusive and stable.

Since 2014, next to her day job, she is President of the World Employment Confederation (WEC), the voice of the global employment industry, representing 50 national associations and seven large, international workforce solutions companies in the HR services industry.
