Yandex.Practicum is an online training service, where one can obtain a new profession, re-skill or get new skills in the IT sphere. In 2020, a new service was launched: you can now master your English or start learning it from scratch with Yandex.Practicum. As Operations Director, Adel Shadrina designs programs for integrating the soft skills into training courses, and nurtures the corporate culture focused on human values. As a professional business coach, she’s been motivating leaders and their teams since 2010. Her original training programs aim at building effective teams where each member is ready to take the responsibility for projects, shares company values, ready to meet serious challenges and contribute into company development.
Adel has international coaching expertise: she holds a diploma from The Coaches Institute in Canada and another one from Performance Consultants International in Great Britain; and works with Executive MBA students of Stockholm School of Economics.
Also, Adel is responsible for the TEDxSadovoeRing project organizing major TED conferences in Moscow.
