Alexey Mironov has built a successful career in the company and fostered its development greatly. Having obtained an MBA degree in marketing, Mr. Mironov joined ANCOR as a business development manager. Seven years later, he brought the company to a strategic partnership with international corporation Randstad.
In 2014, he headed ANCOR Professional. Since 2016, he has been responsible for sales on the Russian market as well as relations with state authorities.
Currently, Alexey is holding the post of VC Operations at ANCOR. He’s been nominated for the ‘Top-1000 Managers’ award by Kommersant and the Association of Managers of Russia several times.
